Belfast House Bed & Breakfast - Cookstown

Our room was airy and immaculate in ambience.

This brilliant hotel worth its 3 stars, everything was great. The rooms where airy and the location was magnificent. We enjoyed the proximity to supermarkets and shops in Cookstown.

Thanks very much guys for a fairly nice stay on our vacation. It's nestled in a very very good building with marvellous and unbeatable location in the outdoor area of the pub below the accommodation.

We loved the delicious cooked breakfast made by Sally! She made sure we tried everything. Our only drawback was the limited parking, but the comfy room and welcoming vibe made up for it! 😊

We stayed for 3 nights and were really impressed. The room was large and modern, and breakfast was delicious, thanks to the lovely staff member, sally. The lively pub below added to the fun.

We had a delightful stay as a family and really enjoyed the spacious family room. The breakfast was a highlight, with a great selection that kept the kids happy. We loved the location, being just minutes away from local attractions and shops. we found it a bit challenging to park outside due to limited space.

I stayed in a family room that was spacious and cozy, with a TV and tea/coffee making facilities. Breakfast was delicious, with a full Irish option served quickly. The lively pub below added to the fun atmosphere, especially with live music on the weekends.

Great Stay, but noisy at times

Enjoyed our spacious double room with a comfortable bed and modern decor. Breakfast was quickly served and good, especially the full Irish. Be prepared for some traffic noise, though. Ensure windows are closed at night for a better sleep. A lovely experience overall.

Rooms spacious and clean, with effective heating. The pub downstairs offers a lively atmosphere with live music on weekends.

Noise levels from the bar downstairs can be quite bothersome, especially on weekends with live music going until 1 am. Traffic noise is relentless, particularly in rooms facing the street. The bathroom's glass door provides minimal privacy, which isn't ideal for families. I also found the toilet seat ill-fitted, and the room could use some comfortable seating options.

We loved having a kitchenette! The shower was powerful, and our room was kept clean daily. Plus, we enjoyed live music right below us on the weekend.

Big breakfast and friendly vibes

We had a blast searching for our fam roots here! Sally makes the best brekkie, enough to skip lunch. The super nice team with tips and local spots. The pub downstairs is lively, perfect for pints but maybe not ideal for a quiet night's sleep. A little tricky with the stairs, but they helped with our bags. A nice stay!

Just a reliable pick for a momentary visit in Cookstown with great value for the money. Sally's breakfast was huge and super helpful, perfect for exploring the area.
